Use
In this step you can define which forms are used from the Register for Maternity Pay (RPLRMCC0) program and for the print function in master data maintenance of the Maternity Pay infotype (0977).
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
If you want to use the standard forms provided by SAP, you do not need to take any action.
If you want to use customer-specific forms, proceed as follows:
- Within Dialog Structure choose the SAP Standard Form - Display Only node by double-clicking it.
- On the right side of the screen select the logical form that you want to implement using a customer-specific form.
- Within Dialog Structure, choose the Forms: Customer Settings node.
- On the right side of the screen, assign the logical form selected in step 2 above a corresponding customer form. On the detail screen, in the SAPscript Name field, enter the name of your customer form.
If you are using this setting for the first time in the system, you first need to use the New Entries pushbutton to create a new entry. If an entry was previously created, the detail screen appears directly.
- Save your changes. If you want to use a customer form for both the registration and the supplementary sheet, repeat steps 1 to 4, and in step 2 select the other logic form.
- Check whether the standard settings for the form type are suitable for your own forms. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Choose the Form Group: SAP Standard Settings - Display Only node.
- If your forms are a different type of form, in the dialog structure double-click the Form Group. Customer Settings node to choose it and define the form type that is suitable for your forms.
- Save your entries.
Note:
The form group is set up so that the type of form can only be changed for the entire group (see Form Group: Customer Settings). As of SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP ERP 6.0, you can choose from the following form types: ties of an individual form (Forms: Customer
- SAPScript (technical key:
SSC
) - PDF-based form (technical key:
PDF
)
In older versions, only the SAPScript form type is allowed.
When maintaining a form's properties ( Forms: Customer Settings), the type of form should always be empty.
For the name of the SAP standard forms, see the Forms: SAP Standard Settings node. These can be used as a template to copy.
