In this activity you assign the various SAP system absences an absence type according to the official form, by editing the Maternity Pay: Classify Absences feature (CHRM0).

The system takes the absences of the last 12 months before the registration for maternity pay key date into account.

The feature returns "I", "A" or a space as possible return values.

Activities

  1. Access the activity.

    You branch to the feature maintenance.

  2. Edit the feature.

    The Grouping of Personnel Subareas for Absences/Attendances and the Absence Type are available as input fields for the feature.

    Possible return values are the values I, A or a space:

    1. Enter I for illness-related absences with wage reduction,
    2. Enter A for accident-related absences with wage reduction,
    3. Enter a space for all remaining absences that are not relevant for the statement.
  3. Save your entries.
