In this section you can create information elements that are included in the PNR (Passenger Name Record Locator), the actual booking key, when you book a flight, a hotel room or a car rental.

Depending on the class and type of the comments this information can be viewed by different groups of persons, for example:

  • Class "RM": everyone who can call the PNR
  • Class "RM", Type "C": only the travel center under whose identification the booking was made
  • Class "OSI": for the travel center doing the booking and the relevant provider, such as the airline

Activities

To enter company-specific PNR comments, proceed as follows:

  1. Enter the travel profile. This PNR comment reaches all travelers assigned this travel profile.
  2. Enter the sequential number of the text line. For comments that are longer than one line, you have to create an entry for each line with the respective line numbers.
  3. Enter the comment class (see above).
  4. If the comment is to have 'confidential' status, enter a 'C' as the comment type.
  5. An entry in the Comment categoryfield is not mandatory.
  6. Enter the comment text.
