In this step you specify the characteristics of priorities. This is done in the IMG activity Assign Evaluation Criteria.
The priorities defined here control compliance with enterprise-specific trip rules when travel services are booked.
In SAP Travel Planning the following priorities are supplied:
Priority Short name

Note
All available flights, hotels, and rental cars that are not assigned to a different priority are classified as priority '9' by the system. Therefore, you must enter a short name for priority '9'. If an availability query is executed, the system can then display a header bar for such flights, hotels, and rental cars in the list of available travel services.
With the settings made here you can influence the display of the priorities listed in an availability query:
- Name
- Color
- Color characteristics (e.g. highlighted)
Activities
- Choose New entries.
- Choose a defined priority.
- Specify a name for the priority.
- Specify a color and the relevant color characteristics.
Further notes
The maintenance view in Customizing is language-dependent. Make sure that any necessary translations are done.
