In this step you assign the defined travel profiles the trip rules you have specified for the relevant services (flight, hotel, car rental).

In infotype '0470' (Travel profile) you can then assign the profiles to individual employees. In this way you ensure that your enterprise-specific travel policy is applied at booking.

Note regarding class rule for flight:

If the Booking classes field is maintained in the flight class rules, the booking class and not the flight cabin class is used as criterion when priorities are assigned to the individual flight class rules in the travel profile.

If the priorities are to be dependent on the Flight cabin class field, however, the Booking class field must not contain any entries.

    1. A profile position, as defined in the following sections:

    2. Trip activity type
    3. A class rule, as defined in the following sections:
      Define flight class rules
      Define hotel class rules
      Define car rental class rules
    4. Priority
