Use
If you have defined groupingd for the permissability of trip activity types, you can use this activity to define the trip activity types allowed for each of the groupings defined.
If all trip activity types should be allowed for a grouping you can either assign all of the activities to the appropriate grouping in this activity, or assign none of the activities to this group using this table (in other words you do not need to make any entries in this table for the grouping).
If you have not created any groupings for the permissability of trip activity types you do not need to make any entries in this table.

The following entries are maintained in this table:

This means employees from the Cologne office (01) can use activity types (K) customer visit and (S) seminar, and employees in the production office in London can use (K) customer visit and (T) training.
Employees in the sales office in London and the office in Amsterdam are allowed to use all activity types.
