Use
In the previous step, you defined the trip activity types for travel planning. If you want to allow the same activity types for all employees you do not need to use this activity.
If you want to allow different employees to use different trip activity types, you must define and set up the individual groupings in this activity.
You can define whether an entry in the activity field is mandatory for each different group. For trips with several destinations this only applies to the first destination entered.
If a certain grouping is required to make an entry in the activity field, you can also then define the default value for this grouping.
