In this step you assign the class rules for car rental class rules to the corresponding car rental classes depending on the duration of usage.

In section Assign evaluation criteria, you can then assign car rental-specific rules the corresponding priorities such as ("Top priority", "Not allowed").

Example

For trips that last longer than 5 days, the traveling employee is to be entitled to a car of the class "Upper middle class". Make the following settings:

  • Selection of a class rulel:
    e.g. ADVANCED
  • Minimum utilization in days:
    5
  • Selection of rental car:
    04 (Upper middle class)

Requirements

You have created Class rules for car rental .

Activities

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Choose an already defined class rule for car rental.
  3. Specify the minimum utilization as of which the class rule is to apply.
  4. Choose the car rental class to be assigned.
