In this step you assign the class rules defined in section Define class rules for hotel the corresponding hotel classes depending on the duration of stay.

In section Assign evaluation criteria you can then assign hotel-specific rules specific priorities (such as "Top priority", "Not allowed").

Example

For hotel stays that last longer than 7 days, the traveling employee is to be entitled to a room of the class "Higher standard". Make the following settings:

  1. Class rule:
    Choose a rule that has already been defined
  2. Minimum duration of stay:
    7
  3. Room class:
    G (Higher standard)

Activities

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Choose a defined hotel class rule.
  3. Specify the minimum stay for which the class rule is to apply.
  4. Choose the room class to be assigned.
