The IMG activity Assign SAP codes to special codes of reservation systems contains a technical table that is used to assign certain SAP codes for provider attributes to the codes that are used by the global reservation systems for these attributes and that may differ from the SAP codes. The assignments for the hotel attributes hotel area (domain FTPD_HOTEL_AREA) and Transportation option to hotel (domain FTPD_HOTEL_TRANSPORT) are included in the standard system.

As a rule it is not necessary to make any settings in this table. However, the table makes easy maintenance possible if future changes in the reservation systems cause discrepancies between SAP codes and the specific codes of the reservation systems.
