For the respective sales office to be identified during a query in an external reservation system, you first have to define the appropriate logon data for the reservation system in this IMG activity.

For this purpose the following parameters are used per reservation system:

  • Company indicator
  • Organizational indicator
  • Booking code

You can create more than one entry per reservation system. If you have defined more than one sales office for a reservation system, you can assign them to different logon data and thus be able to control them separately.

You can obtain the identification IDs from the provider of the external reservation system.

Requirements

  • Organizational: You have a contract with the respective reservation system and have received the logon data.
  • Technical: You have defined reservation systems.

Activities

You define the logon data for identification with the external reservation system as follows:

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Choose a reservation system.
  3. Enter the values of all indicators.
    The entry of all identification indicators is mandatory.
  4. Save your entries.
