Use
In this activity you define the relevant customer programs of the rail companies. The customer programs need to be defined before the customer account can be taken into account when booking the services of the rail company.

Activities
Choose New Entries.
Select the code of the rail company that offers the customer program.
Assign your own (custom) code for the customer program you are defining.
Enter a long text for the customer program.

In infotype 0475 Customer Program you can link the customer programs defined here to the customer number of the employee. If the travel service provider directly maintains the customer program data in the reservation system, you can have the booking function automatically check the customer number. If the provider does not maintain this data, then if a wrong number is entered, the customer account is typically not taken into account for the customer program.
