In this step, you define customer program-specific agreements between travel service providers. This regards customer programs that are used by more than one travel service provider.

Example

There is an agreement between the travel service providers Hertz Corporation and British Airways regarding the customer program 'Gold Club'. For the relevant employee a customer account has only been set up with Hertz Corporation. The following entries are made:

  • Provider category:
    C (Car rental)
  • Provider code:
    ZE (Hertz Corporation)
  • Customer program code.:
    GC (Gold Club)
  • Category of assigned provider:
    F (Flight)
  • Assigned provider:
    BA (British Airways)
  • Valid until:
    09.30.1999

When a travel service is booked with British Airways the employee's customer account with Hertz Corporation is automatically taken into consideration when the customer number (entry in infotype '0475') is entered.

Requirements

An agreement must exist between the provider and the assigned provider.

Activities

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Specify the relevant customer program.
  3. Assign the customer program a provider with which an agreement exists.
  4. Enter the end of validity for the agreement.
