  3. Specify a code for the relevant customer program (freely definable).
  4. Enter a long text for the customer program to be defined (freely definable).

Further notes

You can connect the customer programs maintained here in infotype '0475' (Customer Program) with the corresponding employee's customer number. If the travel service provider maintains the customer program data directly in the connected reservation system, an automatic customer number check can take place during booking. If not, the customer account for the relevant program is usually not considered if the wrong number is entered.
