In this step, you assign the keys for sales office determination that you have specified to enterprise-specific travel service categories. There are the following predefined travel service categories:

This makes it possible for you to control the individual user/employee group's access to travel service categories when trips are created.
Example
Decentralized organizational form of Travel Planning is used and the individual employees (sales office determination "_") should only be able to book hotels and car rentals:

Activities
- Choose New entries
- Choose one of the keys that have been defined for sales office determination.
- Specify an enterprise-specific category (freely definable).
- Enter a long text for the enterprise-specific category.
- Assign the relevant service category (predefined) to the enterprise-specific category.
Further notes
The maintenance view in Customizing is language-dependent. Please make sure that the appropriate translations are used.
