For the control station to be used by a certain group of employees, you must assign the defined subviews with their tree structures to user groups here. Via the user group, you make sure that same control station is available as a convenience for groups of employees who carry out the same or similar tasks in Travel Planning.

Activities
- Choose New entries.
- Choose a user group.
- Choose the tab number to decide the tab page on which the subview is to appear.
- Choose one of the defined subviews (tree).
- Enter the name of the subview (tree).
Further notes
The maintenance view in Customizing is language-dependent. Make sure that any necessary translations are done.
