Use

Business Add-In (BAdI) DOCUMENT_OBJ is defined, so that you can integrate your own objects without modification into the transactions for document management (CV01N, CV02N, CV03N, CV04N).

Requirements

In Document Management (Customizing), the following activities are required:

• Maintain Screen for Object Link

  Enter screen number 500 for the screen container 1500.
  The application program applies the flow logic for screen container 1500.

• Maintain Key Fields

  Enter the object. Additional settings (such as transaction code) are not required.

• Determine Object Link for Document Type

  For the document type, which you want to link to an SAP object, make an entry for the object link.
  You make these settings under Control Data, Define Document Type, Maintain Text for Object Link and Determine Object Link.
