In this step, you define the environmental protection indicator.
The environmental protection indicator allows you to categorize investments that are used for environmental protection according to your own individual criteria. You can define as many allowed entries for the indicator as you need. You can then store them in the master records where they are needed. These can be master records of:
- Assets (FI-AA component)
- Program positions (IM-FA component)
- Measures and appropriation requests (IM-FA component)
The environmental protection indicator can be evaluated in in standard reports.
Standard settings
SAP provides the following standard definitions for the environmental protection indicator:
- Waste management
- Water purity protection
- Noise reduction
- Air purity protection
- Nature conservation and landscape maintenance
- Soil detoxification
Activities
Define further entries if necessary.
