In this step, you define drilldown reports.
The form is the basis for the report. When you create a report with a form, you only have to do the following here:
- Specify variables
- Determine the features and sequence for the drilldown
- Specify the report header (texts, title page, print layout, etc.)
Standard settings
SAP supplies various standard drilldown reports.
Activities
Define your own user-specific drilldown reports for analyzing investment programs or appropriation requests.

The definition of drilldown reports is limited to the client. The system provides a special function for transporting drilldown reports between clients and between systems. You will find this function in the Implementation Guide for Investment Programs or Appropriation Requests under Information System.
