Use
In this Customizing activity, you specify which fields on the Returns tab page (which is specific for Advanced Returns Management) are hidden for the returns order entry. You can differentiate between what is to be displayed on the Returns tab page in the item overview and what is to be displayed in the Item Detail view.

By default, no fields are hidden.
Activities
This Customizing activity uses a generic tool to specify display attributes of modifiable fields on SAP GUI screens. Note that although this tool offers options such as defining required fields or fields for display only, they are not relevant here since the intention of this Customizing activity is to define hidden fields only.
Consequently, SAP does not guarantee that the program works properly if you make any other settings, for example if you were to define that a certain field is displayed only, but an entry in that field is mandatory for a certain data constellation (such as the vendor field if you specify 0005 Ship to Vendor as the logistical follow-up activity).
To specify which fields are hidden for the returns order entry in Advanced Returns Management, proceed exactly as follows:
- Call this Customizing activity and choose Influencing or Goto -> Influencing.
- Double-click Panel as in the Influencing fields table.
- To specify the display attributes for the fields on the Returns tab page, enter the following in the Contents field:
- For the fields on the Overview screen, enter UMSR.
- For the fields on the Item Data screen (select one item and choose Returns Details), enter PMSR.
- For fields that you want to hide, choose the radiobutton in the Hide column.
Note:
In the Modified fields table, the system can only display the descriptive names of fields that are part of the MSR_S_SALES_ITEM data dictionary structure. Due to technical reasons, it cannot display the descriptive names of the real fields that are part of the GS_MSR_SALES_ITEM data dictionary structure.
