Use

In this IMG activity, you specify the plants for which an approval check is performed. In this case, the system checks that the user creating or modifying the returns order is authorized to do so for the specified plant. If the user is not authorized, the system sets an approval block.

You specify the user authorizations for plants using authority object MSR_PLANT Advanced Returns Management: plant authorization.
