Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Advanced Returns Management (LO-ARM) component.
You can use this BAdI to implement customer-defined business rules to enter a default value for the returns refund code both in customer refund determination and in internal refund determination. The user can change the returns refund code in the corresponding two transactions.
This BAdI is optional.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.
This BAdI is designed for multiple use. All activated implementations are called and executed.
The BAdI is not filter-dependent.
Activities
Create a BAdI implementation if you want to implememt business rules for a default value for the returns refund code in customer or internal refund determination.

Example
You forward returned materials from a customer to an external vendor, so you set the default value for the returns refund code to match the credit memo amount you get from the vendor. For example, if the credit memo amount is only 50% of the amount of the corresponding returns purchase order item, you can set a default returns refund code for the customer refund that also represents a 50% refund on the original net sales price.
