Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Advanced Returns Management (LO-ARM) component.
You can use this BAdI to change document data for the automatic creation of the following follow-up documents in Advanced Returns Management:
- Returns goods movement into free available stock
- Returns goods movement into scrap
- Statistical goods issue
- Returns goods receipt for Returns Inbound Delivery
- Inbound delivery for returns order
- Inbound delivery for returns stock transport order
- Outbound delivery for returns purchase order
- Outbound delivery for returns stock transport order
- Outbound delivery for follow-up activity Send Back to Customer
- Returns purchase order
- Returns purchase order for direct shipment
- Returns stock transport order
- Stock transport order for follow-up activity Send Back to Last Plant
- Credit memo
You can change or replace the parameters used to create the follow-up documents in an appropriate BAdI implementation.
The relevant BAdI method is called by corresponding function module call every time before the follow-up document is created. Using mostly the same parameters as the corresponding BAPI for document creation, this BAdI allows you to implement customer-related checks and routines. It also allows you to cancel the creation of follow-up documents at this point in time with an error message.
There is one additional interface method available to perform specific actions if errors occur during the creation of follow-up documents in the background (for example, send an e-mail or SMS to the responsible user).
This BAdI is optional.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.
This BAdI is designed for multiple use.
All activated implementations are called and executed.
Activities
Create a BAdI implementation for BAdI MSR_LFE of enhancement spot ES_MSR_LFE.
