Use

In this IMG activity, you can make the settings for archiving advanced returns data related to returns purchase orders (rPOs).

Activities

Enter the residence time for each purchasing organization. Use asterisks (*) if you want to make an entry valid for all purchasing organizations.

The residence time can be based on the creation date of the returns purchase order or the date of the last change. If you specify both residence times, both are checked when the preprocessing program for archiving is executed and both have to be fulfilled before a returns process can be archived.
