Use
In this IMG activity, you can make the settings for archiving the advanced returns data related to customer returns orders.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
Enter the residence time for each sales organization individually. Use asterisks (*) if you want to make an entry valid for all sales organizations.
The residence time can be based on the creation date of the returns order or the date of the last change. If you specify both residence times, both are checked when the preprocessing program for archiving is executed and both have to be fulfilled before a returns process can be archived.
