In this step, you set the default administrator group used in infotype Global Assignment details (0710) by means of the corresponding feature (INTAD) and according to the following criteria, valid for the host HR department:
- Country,
- Country grouping,
- Personnel area,
- Personnel subarea,
- Employee group,
- Employee subgroup.
Administrator groups enable you to group employees belonging to the international HR department according to the company structure.
Example
Requirements
You must have maintained the above-mentioned criteria in the SAP Reference IMG under General Settings > Set Countries and Definition > Human Resources Management, respectively.
Standard settings
The SAP system is shipped with a sample administrator group (INTL), but you are free to change it according to your company-specific needs.
Recommendation
Make a list of all possible groups within your company.
