Use

In this step, you specify whether the HR processor has to maintain document-relevant infotypes for the global employee other than infotype Documents (0702). Since this infotype is used for storing documents, you should only go through this step if you have already maintained other country-specific document infotypes, as described in the example below.

Requirements

You must have maintained the document types in the activity Define Checklist Items and Documents.

Standard settings

The SAP system is shipped with an empty table. You can create one or more records to meet your company-specific needs.

Activities

  1. Click New entries.
  2. Select the country the additional infotypes have to be maintained for.
  3. Select the relevant document type.
  4. Select the relevant infotype.
  5. Save your entries.

Example

Infotype Personal IDs (0185), valid for Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong and other countries, is used to store passports in the Asian countries.
