In this step, you assign the administrators used in infotype Global Assignment Details (0710) to the relevant administrator groups you have defined in the previous activity. International administrators refer to the employees of the international HR department of a global company responsible for keeping track of the whole assignment process.

Example

Requirements

You must have set a default administrator group by means of the relevant feature (INTAD) in the activity Set Groups for International Administrators.

Standard settings

The SAP system is shipped with an empty table. You can create one or more groups and the corresponding administrators to meet your company-specific needs.

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Click New entries.
  2. Enter a 4-character key for the administrator group.
  3. Enter a 3-character key for the administrator (optional).
  4. Enter the administrator's name and additional data such as title, telephone number and SAP user name.
  5. Save your entries.
