• the form for the original letter and the list names for the loan contract partners with the dunning letter type 'original'
• the form for the copy and the list names for the loan contract partners with the dunning letter type 'copy'

If you want to generate original letters and copies for loans, the entries for the forms are compulsory. The system does not use the FI dunning forms in the loans area.

Further notes

Using the form maintenance function that you find in FI when you choose Define forms for correspondence, you can create your own forms. To do this, copy the model form delivered with the system and then make changes to it.

If you use the standard print modules, you can use the structures of the standard FI dunning program as well as the fields of the substructure MHNK_TRLO of structure F150D2. These fields can be printed on the form.
