Use
In this Customizing activity, you assign the previously defined RDP profile (risk distribution plan profile) to a purchasing contract type.
Requirements
You have created RDP profiles in the Customizing activity Define Risk Distribution Plan Profiles.
You have defined document types for purchasing contracts. This setting is found under Materials Management -Purchasing -> Contract -> Define Document Types.
Standard settings
Activities
Check the assignment of the RDP profile to the purchasing contract type. The settings for the assigned RDP profile affect all contracts of this contract type.
If you do not assign a profile, or if you assign a profile that is not assigned to a risk distribution strategy, you must distribute the target quantity manually each time you change an item target quantity or the validity period.
