Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Internal Self-Services (ISS) home page and allows you to filter entries visible in the Select Backend System screen area. This screen area appears on top of the home page when there is more than one connected back-end system.
The available back-end systems are determined from the self-service system definition, see Define Self-Service Systems. Within the BAdI implementation, back-end systems can be removed or the displayed system name can be adjusted.
Requirements
- You have specified the self-service process type and relevant back-end system where the service is processed, in the Customizing activity Define Self-Service Systems.
- You have configured each self-service process type in the Customizing activity Define Self-Service Process Type.
Standard settings
For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enh. Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).
BAdI Implementations
The standard implementation SSC_SS_LOGSYS_DEFAULT checks whether the logon user exists in all provided systems and, if it does not, it deletes the entry. You can also implement further, more detailed checks.
