In this step, you start the direct update program RJGFTRSF to create subscribers and media customers.

Report RJGFTRSF is used to perform a quick transfer of mass data for business partners. It copies data on subscribers and media customers exclusively and creates them on the target database. If an error occurs, the system automatically switches to the batch input report, which creates sessions for the data that was not transferred.

Activities

To start report RJGFTRSF, please specify the following:

  • Data on input file
    • Specify the name of the input file.
    • Specify the name of the error file for records that are not transferred.
    • Under 'Commit', enter the number of records processed as a unit by the SAP System during data transfer.
    • If you run the data transfer as a restart, you must select the appropriate indicator. This ensures that processing continues without gaps.
  • Data on BTCI session for records containing errors
    • Specify the name of the session to which records containing errors are to be written.
    • If the session is to be blocked until a certain date, specify the date in question.
    • If the session is to be held after processing, select the appropriate indicator.
  • Data on test run
    • If you want to test data transfer, select the indicator for a test run.
    • If you want to process all business partners in the test, select the indicator.
    • If you want to restrict the number of records copied in the test, specify the number of business partners that are to be transferred.
    • If you want the system to list incomplete addresses in the error log, select the relevant indicator.
    • If you have marked individual fields whose contents are not to be transferred with an indicator (such as '$'), specify the indicator in the field 'Indicator for 'No data''.
  • Data on log output
    • Specify the printer to be used to print the error log.
    • If it is not to be printed immediately, specify the name of the spool request (list name).
    • If you want to print the log immediately, select the indicator 'Print immediately'.
  • Comprehensive duplicate list

    If you want records identified as duplicates to be listed in the log, select this indicator.
