In this step, you transfer subscription changes from the legacy system into the SAP system. For more information, see the online documentation on report RJKBJK01.
Activities
When you start the report for transferring subscription changes from the legacy system, specify the following data:
Data on the input file
Enter the logical file name of the input file.
If you prefixed fields with a character (for example, an "x") to exclude them from data transfer, enter this character in the No Data Indicator field. This means that all the fields prefixed with the specified character are not transferred from the input file.
Options
If you want to restart data transfer, for example if the program terminated abnormally, select Restart. By doing this, you ensure that the system continues processing without any gaps.
If you want to execute data transfer as a test run (creating a log but not making changes to the database), select Test Run.
BTCI session for errored records
Enter the name of the session to which errored records are to be written.
If the session is to be blocked until a certain date, enter the date here.
If the session is to be held after processing, select the relevant indicator.
