In this step, you define the possible reasons for a shipping problem message or customer complaint.
Shipping problem messages are registered by employees of the media company before the products are transported to the customer, while complaints are registered by customers. The system automatically also creates each customer complaint as a shipping problem message. If a global shipping problem message (for a carrier route) already exists, the system indicates this fact when you record customer complaints.
Problem messages are recorded in shipping and customer complaints in sales.
You must specify a problem message reason when you create a problem message or a customer complaint.
