In this step, you maintain the possible types of shipping problem message.
The following types of shipping problem message are supported at present:
- Order-related complaint
The system generates this type automatically when a complaint is accepted.
- Home delivery-related problem message
You can create this type of shipping problem message when the problem situation is related to home delivery. The logistical problem can be described in detail.
- Carrier route-related problem message
This type of shipping problem message is created when the problem situation is related to a carrier route. The problem message applies to all editions delivered in this carrier route.
- Delivery round-related problem message
You create this type of shipping problem message when the problem situation relates to a particular delivery round. The problem message applies to all editions that are delivered using this delivery round.
- Edition-related problem message
This type of shipping problem message is created when a problem situation is related to an edition.
Standard settings
The standard system contains the types of shipping problem message that are currently valid.
You cannot create your own types of shipping problem message or modify the control settings on the details screen for the problem message type. Only the texts and the output determination procedure can be changed.
Activities
- If necessary, change the output determination procedure set up for each type of shipping problem message.
The output determination procedure is used to sent internal mails or the subsequent delivery documents resulting from a distribution error message.
