In this step, you define the possible price frequencies.

You can use the price frequencies to maintain billing procedures for subscriptions.

Example

A price can be valid for a year, six months or a quarter.

Activities

  1. Check whether you can use the price frequencies provided in the standard system and change them if necessary.
  2. To create new price frequencies, please proceed as follows:
    • Specify an alphanumeric key of up to 2 characters for each price frequency.
    • Enter a short and long text.
    • Specify the time factor for the price frequency according to the time unit (in the next column). For example, '3' for a quarter, i.e. 3 time units of 1 month.
    • Specify the time unit for the time factor.
