The access sequence determines the following:

  • Condition tables used by the system to access condition records
  • Order in which the condition tables are to be read
  • Field contents to be used to read the condition records

In the account determination type, you define the valid access sequence.

Standard settings

  • The standard system contains predefined access sequences.
  • It also contains an account determination type with the key 'KOFI'.

You can already use these entries to have the system carry out automatic account determination.

Activities

  1. Find out whether you can use the access sequences and account determination types provided in the standard system.
  2. Define your access sequences. To do this, choose the relevant criteria for a new access sequence.
  3. Define your account determination types.
