In this step, you define the screen layout for pricing reports.

Pricing reports can be used to evaluate the condition records according to various criteria. Pricing reports are ABAP/4 programs.

Standard settings

The standard SAP system contains predefined pricing reports that can be started from the application menu.

Activities

  1. Check whether you can use the standard pricing reports.

    Display the existing pricing reports.

  2. To create new pricing reports, please proceed as follows:
    1. Enter the title of the pricing report you want to create.
      2. The screen which now appears displays an alphabetical list of all key fields used in conditions.
    2. Determine which key fields are to be included in the pricing report.
    3. Choose Edit -> Select tables.
      4. The system displays a dialog box where you can specify your choice of condition tables.
      If you choose 'Yes', the system only evaluates condition tables that contain all the selected key fields.
      If you choose 'No', the system evaluates all condition tables that contain at least one of the selected key fields.
    4. In the next dialog box, select all condition tables that are to be evaluated.
    5. Choose Position fields.
      6. You now define the screen setup for the pricing report. The screen displays all the key fields in the selected tables. For each key field, you specify:
      Its position in the page header or in item in report
      Sort sequence within report
      Display of text for field
      Function of field as selection criterion. (To hide fields you do not want to use as selection criteria when the list is displayed again, remove the flag from the 'Selection' column.)
    6. Choose Form.
      7. You can now define whether the pricing report is displayed with scales and/or a validity period.
