In this step, you define the possible setting values for the free carrier route categories. These categories can be defined in addition to those already reserved.

The free carrier route categories enable you to further differentiate between carrier route characteristics in settlement for carriers and service companies.

Activities

  1. Define the semantic meaning of each free carrier route category you want to use. (Which new carrier route characteristic do I want to classify using this category?)
  2. Check each new carrier route category to determine which classifications would be useful for your company's requirements as regards service settlement.
  3. To create the desired classifications for each category, please proceed as follows:
    1. Specify an alphanumeric key of up to two characters.
    2. Enter the corresponding text.
