Activities

  1. Find out which research results and bank return reasons apply when maintaining bank returns research in your company.
  2. To create the possible attributes, please proceed as follows:
    • Specify an alphanumeric key for each attribute.
    • Enter the appropriate text.

      You can also specify the following for bank returns research results:

    • Indicator 'Repeat automatic debit'
    • Indicator 'Reverse billing document'
    • Billing document reversal reason
    • Indicator 'Set up billing index' (if billing document is reversed again)
    • Indicator 'Generate open item'
    • Country key
    • Payment method
