  1. Find out which condition types for tax-free credit memos your company requires.
  2. Define the required condition types.
    • Specify an alphanumeric key of up to 2 characters for each condition type.
    • Enter the appropriate text.

Further notes

If you assign a condition type for tax-free credit memos to a pricing procedure, you must ensure that the tax-free credit memo is taken into account in tax calculation. (See the step Define and Assign Pricing Procedures.) You must add a new tax condition type that references the condition type(s) for tax-free credit memos to the pricing procedure. This tax is assigned the tax indicator for non-taxable transactions.
