In this step, you define the texts for the record types, transaction types and error numbers used for publishers during WBZ inbound processing.
- Record types
The WBZ record types defined for Media Sales and Distribution and the direction of the data flow from your company's point of view are predefined. You can only maintain the texts for the record types.
It is not possible to create or delete entries since modifications to this table are only made due to program enhancements. The standard System contains all the WBZ record types supported by IS-M/SD:
- New subscription (101) - relevant in inbound processing
- Changes (114) - relevant in inbound processing
- Confirmation (111) - relevant in outbound processing
- Stock reconciliation (119) - relevant in outbound processing
- Transaction types
The transaction types available in IS-M/SD and the assignments of WBZ transaction types to WBZ record types are predefined. You can only maintain the corresponding texts.
Like the record types, the transaction types can also not be extended. The standard delivery contains all the WBZ transaction types supported by IS-M/SD and their assignments to WBZ record types.
- Error numbers
The WBZ error numbers defined in IS-M/SD are predefined. You can only maintain the error message texts (descriptions) and determine the error level (1 or 2).
You cannot add any entries to the table of error numbers.
The standard delivery contains all the WBZ error numbers supported by IS-M/SD.
Activities
- Check the descriptive texts for the WBZ record types and modify them to meet your company's requirements if necessary.
- Check the texts describing the WBZ transaction types and modify them to meet your company's requirements if necessary.
- Check the texts describing the WBZ error numbers and modify them to meet your company's requirements if necessary. Change the error level if required.
