Example

An employee goes on a training course. You enter the lost time in the system and specify the reason 'C' (Course).

Activities

  1. Check which reasons for lost time can apply to employees in your service company.
  2. To create the required reasons for lost time, please proceed as follows:
    1. Specify a 1-character alphanumeric key for each reason.
    2. Enter the appropriate text.
      3. This text is displayed with the possible entries utility (F4) and appears as a description of the key when the key is confirmed.
