The reason for leaving is used to classify the termination of employment relationships for evaluating the employee turnover in the service company.

Example

You want to check the number of carriers whose employment relationship ended with the reason 'Resignation'.

Activities

  1. Check which reasons for leaving apply to employees of your service company.
  2. To create the required reasons, please proceed as follows:
    1. Specify an alphanumeric key of up to 2 characters for each reason for leaving.
    2. Enter the appropriate short and long text.
