In this step, you define your account determination procedures and assign them to home delivery settlement types.
You use an account determination procedure to define the order in which the SAP System is to read the account determination types used for expense account determination.
You assign the account determination procedures to the object types (home delivery settlement types) for which account determination is to be performed.
Preconditions
The delivery settlement types should already be defined (see the step Define home delivery settlement types).
Standard settings
In the standard system, account determination procedures are defined for settlement by carriers and by service companies. These procedures cover automatic account determination.
Activities
- Find out whether or not you can use the settings for the account determination procedures that are provided in the standard system.
- Define your account determination procedures and specify the relevant account determination types.
- Assign the account determination procedures to the object types (home delivery settlement types).
