In this step, you maintain the assignment of wage types in HR/RP to condition types (pricing procedures) for commission settlement.

You need to make this setting the settlement is to be transferred to the Personnel Administration system, HR or RP.

You make the assignment for each company code. You assign a wage type from HR/RP to each condition type (pricing procedure). You also specify the time constraint for the settlement reversal.

Note: The system only transfers settlement conditions that are assigned appropriately.

Requirements

The condition types should be defined for commission settlement (see Pricing for Commission under 'Pricing for Service Settlement').

Activities

To create assignments between wage types (HR/RF) and condition types, please proceed as follows:

  1. Specify the key of the condition type for commission settlement.
  2. If the assignment is to apply to all publications or editions, enter a '*' in the Publicn and Edition columns. If not, you restrict the assignment by specifying the appropriate key.
  3. Enter the wage type key from HR.
  4. Enter the key for the time constraint for settlement reversal.
