Use
With the local currency conversion to euro, you can maintain a special FM area (original FM area) as well as your operative FM area (original FM area) in the component Funds Management Government. In this you carry out budget planning in euro for the fiscal year for which the system currency conversion is planned.
In this step, you carry out all steps that are necessary for the structure and maintenance of a euro FM area as well as for the data exchange from/to original FM area.
German Government Customers
For German Government customers, there are special budget export and budget import programs as well as additional programs for the export and import of calculation results.
Requirements
Before you carry out the steps in this section, you must have first created the euro currency in Customizing, under General Settings -> Currencies.
