You record the short text for the sub ad spec location for the possible entries function (F4), together with a long text, under a key. You specify the key that locates the sub ad spec when creating the sub ad specs. This information is transferred to the technical system.

Activities

  1. Establish which sub ad spec locations you want to distinguish and those that can be distinguished by your technical system.
  2. To create the sub ad spec locations required, please proceed as follows:
    1. Specify an alphanumeric key of up to four characters for each sub ad spec location.
    2. Enter the short text for the possible entries function (F4).
    3. Enter the long text.
