In this step you describe the format proposal hierarchy. This is used to explode proposed formats which consist of more than one page into proposed formats per page which are then used to generate the associated sub ad specs.
Example
A 1 1/3 page ad consists of a 1/3 page ad and a 1 page ad.
Requirements
The Ad type formats should have been defined previously.
Activities
Specify all assigned format proposals for each root format and use the assignment number to determine the sequence.
Please note that the lowest level can only contain format proposals for ads that are a maximum of one page.
