You can use account assignment groups to determine revenue or sales deduction accounts from billing document procedure items when creating accounting documents.

You can use account assignment groups during revenue distribution to distinguish products from your organization from those of an external organization with whom you sell ads jointly. You can also use account assignment groups in revenue distribution as influence criteria when determining the billing type.

Activities

1. Check which account assignment groups you require.
2. To create these account assignment groups, please proceed as follows:
1. Enter an alphanumeric key of up to two characters for each account assignment group.
2. Enter a short and long text.
The system offers you the short text for selection in the possible entries function (F4).
